Wow! Does that take me back! That was my first synth, bought it back in 1981! When the membrane keys started going goofy, I built a hybrid; I gutted a Rheem Kee Bass (search that one) and took the guts of this synth and combined the two devices. It worked great, and was cool to at least have keys...

Impossibly clean harmonies

Funny walk, spitfire attitude...that's an accurate start. Some of those nuns were skillful at mental abuse. Like a bobcat on it's prey, they seemed ready to pounce at any moment, especially on the boys.

Highway Star without a keyboard player?...blasphemy! ...Well played otherwise JT, Linus and crew!

well, they were filmed in "low definition" to begin with, so HD won't "fix" it; it will only show just how grainy film really was! It's like recording a scratchy vinyl record onto a CD; all it does is reproduce the scratches with stunning digital accuracy!

....funny how Moe's harmonica starts in "A", the song they play is in "F", and after he swallows it, it turns into "Bb"!...just sayin'...

...they tried that in the 90's; it was a disaster compared to the original.

I tried the same thing with my Moog Li'l Phatty. I had to wedge a key down so it would think I was playing something to get it to let the external audio thru. There's probably a better way of doing it other than my lo-tech approach...

I have lugged a Rhodes to gigs in the past (because I had to), but no more! I have come to rely on a keyboard with more than one basic sound; the Electro 3! There are 4 Rhodes' in there! ...plus using EQ, FX, Amp/sims, reverb, etc. can't get you there? Your ears are way pickier than the audience...

sadly, of all his great songs, THIS was his only #1 hit!?...

OMG! ...where to begin?...just toying with the notion of even ATTEMPTING to play this piece staggers the mind! ...You guys did such a great job! I can't watch this without shedding a tear!
