This is the original really tedious way I uploaded videos to youtube:

I use a DVD rewritable disk and I have a VCR with a DVD player that is capable of recording footage. I plug in my Wii's video output into the VCR and play the game and access my stash of replays. In one huge recording session, I play all my replays one by one while the DVD player is recording footage. After I have collected every replay on my DVD rewritable disk, I use the program VOB2MPEG to convert the footage into a big MPEG file. I then split the replays into individual files with Windows Movie Maker and upload those to youtube.

The new MUCH FASTER way I can upload videos is with my FlipVideo camcorder. It's awesome. It just sucks to hold it for extended periods of time.

Anyhow random tip since youtube is gay and doesn't make it obvious how to view things in a convinient way, if there is a playlist you're trying to view without the bullshit channel design clipping off the titles of videos, just remember, the link format is:
