the ACR has me sold the SCAR might be lighter and the ACR might have a few small discrepancies BUT you need tools to remove the barrel on the SCAR as a combat rifle that fails the SCAR. Another thing is the ability to change calibers for the ACR especially if they can get it to take 7.62
