Hitchens was an intelligent man, but really had a screwed up life. I believe his mother committed suicide with her lover. In college claiming to be straight had homosexual relations by his own admission. Personally I had mixed feelings about him, but he was a great speaker.

Loved the show 'Monk"; however, Newman might be a prolific song writer, but he has a horrible voice. Every time I took my daughter (when she was a child) to see a movie and Newman sang the theme, it became the low point of the movie. Is he too cheap to hire someone who can sing?
