For those out there looking at the Hennessy's, if you are near 6 ft tall, consider the longer Explorer. My Expedition is just a tad short, and binds my legs. The Warbonnet is long like the Explorer. Overall, Hennessy's do fit me better also.

I only use the small light for entry/egress, and when the hammock moves just a little, the ridgeline would swing the light rapidly, causing strobe effect. Very annoying even for the small time in use. Ended up using a clip to keep the light stationary until I got all settled in.

I have pretty much the same setup as you, and the Hennessy tree huggers had always been too short. Finally bought some Slap Straps.
Also, I cut a bed pillow in half, sewed up the cut end, and it is small enough to pack, and works very well at night.

I use a Dinty Moore can for my pot. Cut it open with a safety can opener, and use the pull tab for a nifty lid handle. Plastic fork and spoon I get from Wendy's; I found those to be the best quality of free utensils. I do use a pot grabber for handling when hot.
