Airbus. probably a 320/330/340. They have two hydraulic systems that augment each other. when one is underpowered and needs flow, the other provides it. Accumulators on either side of the fuselage store pressurized air/which act like pistons to push the fluid from one side to the other.

The Solar turbine was an APU for smaller jets like Lear, etc. They also made APU's for military applications like the Chinnook.

@novsierra In accordance with the POH, in some172's spins are permitted, if the W&B is within the CG envelope. IIRC the later models do not have spin certification in either the Normal or Utility category. You should check.

@dyockey Not quite. He didnt select idle thrust (first fuel detent). YOu would have heard the combustor light. What he did do was check the ToT and motored the engine, sucking in air to cool the combustor and lowering the TOT so that the subsequent start would be below the TOT limit.
