Hi... My name is Jaime and thanks for checking out my channel.

My purpose is to use this channel as a video-blog as I go through my 90-day body transformation. I'll be going over my progress (hopefully lol), talking about what's working for me and what's not and updates on my diet and workouts.

As a super-busy business owner, basketball coach for my kids, dad, son, brother, husband, etc (lol), I know first hand how hard it is to get healthy, get in shape and lose weight. But what I found out is the busier you are, and the more stress you have... the more important it is to get and maintain a healthy lifestyle. Your health is the most single important thing you can work on because once you lose it, you'll never be able to get it back. Money, material things, cars,etc. are all things that you can get back... but what good is it to have wealth and success (whatever your definition is) if you don't have your wealth to enjoy it?

Hopefully, you'll take this journey with me and we can encourage and motivate each other to get healthy and make being healthy a permanent lifestyle... ;-)
