i live with my dear husband Wayne and our 4 cats on the windward coast of Oahu, Hawaii, for the past 15 yrs.i was born & raised here,Wayne is from Lynchburg,VA. In1977 while driving cabs(he was saving money to return to Pohnpei in the Marshall Isles) we met(he never made it back to Pohnpei).Now we live between the Koolau mountains and a rain forest/bird sanctuary is our backyard.Before this we lived in the 'jungle' of Waikiki for over 15 yrs.It was convenient:on a weeknite we'd hibachi steaks under the moonlite,steps from the calm blue Pacific or to the movies or resturants, but the noise & pollution drove us crazy & here we are(still crazy but in a happier place)!.i truly believe we are all one on this planet whether we like it or not,so to those who want to share the love thru food, music, the arts & all things that make you feel alive, come, we are all friends here, share & let's grow together!
