I have have weight issues all my life and have just had a gastric band fitted three weeks ago. I am starting to feel really good now although I havent lost as quickly as I hoped I would have, but it will get there, I hope.
I have watched loads of youtube clips of other bandits and have got loads of help and encouragement from some great people. You know who you are.
I have lost five stones already and hope the band will help me loose more, I will keep you posted.
I still don`t feel secure enough in myself to post a video yet, but perhaps sometime soon so until then I will post some photo`s of me as I am now and as I was five stone ago.
