Landing on the blue note on figure 3 made me think that one could use a F half diminished arpeggio, since all the notes are within the blues scale. But I guess the flat 5 should stay scarce since there is also a standard 5 in the F7. Two flat 5 in a row doing the arpeggio sounds a bit too much.
