SEV7SKY is a three piece band from Karnes county Texas! Its members include Matthew Zambrano on lead guitar and lead vocals, Michael Pergrem on bass guitar, and Zeke Casarez on the drums. We are a band dedicated to make every single show better than the last. We are always searching for new ways to express ourselves through our music. Though we come from a small town, we put on a big show (Guaranteed). We pride ourselves on our live showmanship and have been told that we are the hardest working band in San Antonio. With a growing fan base, we are quickly becoming a serious force to reckon with. So if you like an awesome rock show, watch out, SEV7SKY is likely coming your way!
Matthew Z is the lead guitarist for the band. Matt brings his ideas straight to the fray. An acoustic player until the band was formed he is not afraid to show his creations of musical dreams on electric. The youngest member of the band, Matt plays like a seasoned pro. Its almost scary to think about what he is capable of in the future.
On the bass guitar is Michael P. Coming from a heavy metal based band Michael makes the shift over to rock with SEV7SKY. A seasoned performer and having the experience of playing heavier types of music, Michael brings a mix of heavy bass rifts alongside SEV7SKYS Rock n Roll based music. He adds more flavor to all of our songs, bringing across a pure heavy in your face type of music.
On the drums we have Zeke Casarez. Zeke was the Percussion Instructor for the Kenedy HS Drumline in 2006-2008 and is now currently the Assistant Band Director for the Runge HS Band. He is a member of the percussion section of the Heart of Texas Concert Band based in San Antonio, TX. He is also endorsed by "De La Cruz" Drumsticks.
