Wow Kay, how scary for those babies, thank you!! I once called the police when I saw a dog in the summer in a car, they kind of acted the way these people did, kind of numb and defensive, a normal reaction would be " thank you? or opps... "I have three kids and I had to pee" defense? You cannot...
