@allatdanz Excellent point. Its the same phenomenon when you see someone with an "I love haters" sticker or t-shirt. By making fun of or pointing out your distatste for these so called "haters" you become the very people they are. Which is to say vindictive and envious people.

I'm a street cop and this is a perfect example of the old adage "you give respect you get respect." No doubt this guard wasn't some dickhead on a power trip. His attitude and demeanor towards the inmates probably saved his life here.
