SO YOU WANT THIS ON YOUR IPOD - This process will take some time and work but here how you do it.
If you have realplayer "software installed on your computer" good. If you dont download and install it goto realplayer.com http://www.real.com/realplayer?src=nu...
With Real Player if you mover your mouse cusor to the top right side of the youtube video (screen) a realplayer application will pop up and read "Download This Video". With that you can download the video file right to your computer. So if you want to watch it or listen to it you dont have to connect to the internet.
NEXT STEP IS CONVERTING THE VIDEO file into a AUDIO file.
This is fairly simple a it requires a video to audio file converter. (Google this topic for more info) I use RAD TOOLS, there is many free converters online.
Real Player downloads the video to your computer in flv. file format
(.flv format is no good we/you need it in .Mp3 format)

Rad tools is free to download. With the software you will be able to convert .flv file format (a video file formate) to a .mp3 (audio file format) its pretty easy.
After you have a converted Mp3 file you can open it up in itunes or media player, from there you can put it on a disc or you ipod.
There is alot of information on the internet of the subjet of converting file, and it fairly simple.

Prism is easy to use you can convert the flv. file formats of the video you downloaded to avi. or wmv. file formats.
(off topic) but If you have Windows Movie Maker and you want to open the file (the Youtube video) in Windows Movie Maker and edit it, You must convert the file useing Prism Video Converter, The converter will convert the file format from .flv (which W.M.M can not read) to .avi or .wmv file format so that Windows Movie Maker can read the file, and you can edit it, then (if you wanted repost it).....but that can also get you in trouble with Youtube if you dont ask permission from the person who post the video that you copied.
In this case I had copied Andys Lamb of God Smooth Jazz version to do this process to get in on my i-pod.
A few weeks later I notice The original L.O.G - Set to fail Smooth Jazz version was removed from Youtube. (It got removed because the original post used the official music video) so there was a copy right issue.
So I reposted it, But I changed the video, with Windows Movie Maker.
Prism is a real good tool/software.
