PRS vs Gibson Les Paul
same mic, amp and licks played on my Paul Reed Smith Custom 24 and Gibson Les Paul Custom 1978.
Although not an ideal control comparison I found this to be interesting and somewhat surprising. To my ears the LP has something the PRS doesn't....tone and personality. Where the LP sounds rich a alive, the PRS to me sounds sterile.
