@miamiwax No, but i say he is. Almost a minute and those fillets still have Rib, Skin and pin bone. Tearing at it doesn't help.

@JackTheToddOfBurton Possibly the biggest meat eater is probably what they meant. Keep up with the news in OZ and you will see they are eating people regularly, just not fisherman, mostly surfers. I stay out of the water and they seem to leave me alone.

@floydstinkyboy Hardly call that a large fish, and as far as halibut goes it is a minnow. Correction you have no idea how to fillet any fish, this video proves it.

@polarbear2502 Disagree, plenty left on those bones, i reckon i could fillet them again. The faster you go the more you leave, doubt you could see through it without a very bright light.

And throw way too much of the fish in the bin
