Even though I cringe at my technique when I see it on video, I hope this helps anyone that just needs to see the sequence of moves.

This is a rough copy of our new Basic Movements. I will get a nicer video up as soon as I learn the movements.

This is a reference video for nunchuck techniques 1-8. Its not perfect, but it gets the point across.

Here is a video of the Demo Form. I made a few mistakes and the timing isn't down yet, but if you are stuck on a turn or a move, it should help.
