I use an older Rusty's Rag sheepskin for the initial cleaning (just keep recycling it). I use Gunzilla for the barrel and Tetra grease for any other lube I need (rails and stuff). Before I put the Tetra grease on, I go over the pistol or rifle with a newer sheepskin. It really works great and ...

My issue with the stainless steel guide rod is that it appears to be wearing or scuffing (not sure of the correct word). I would have thought that it would not have done this. No drop off in accuracy, just wear on the guide rod and that makes me think that may put more wear on the pistol. What...
