when i buy raw flax seeds, its says the it has 11 carbs and only 3 dietry fiber = 8 net carbs in 1/4 cup.

but flaxseed meal has as many dietry fiber as carbs = approx 0 net carbs?

why is that ? why there is diffrence between raw flax seeds and fla...
