Hmmm. Not sure about that. In those years there where the Vikings , Colts , Cowboys, Rams, etc. The 49ners were'nt at the bottom, but they also were'nt a powerhouse. In 1970 they where considered a cinderella team, in 71' that year legitimized them. But then they just disappeared.
