@emkplayboy6 Personal preference, really. .45 is slow and hard hitting, keeps it's momentum very well. .357SIG on the other hand is a moderate bullet moving VERY quickly, so it hits very hard, very fast. .45 is less snappy, whereas the .357SIG is known for a LOT of muzzle-blast and a snappy kick....

Easier fix - shoot a common caliber. :P

The Solo is a BEAUTIFUL weapon, VERY cool concept, and very well presented. Though, with the number of complaints of poor finish on the lower, jamming issues, and price tag associated with said problems, I can't justify it. ...yes. The .50BMG puts off quite the muzzle blast. It's a .50. It's a .50 moving in excess of 2800fps in some cases. That muzzle-brake DIRECTS the muzzle blast, and the brain-trust here put the picnic right next to the muzzle brake.

That thing's bore-axis is tall, it's bulky (AND squared, not good for CCW), and it has a two-finger grip at best... no thanks. Kudos however on the engine...

You know your way around that little thing - for a slide-mounted safety/decocker, you move fast on it. Chuckled at the mag-fumble - been shooting in 30deg weather before, had a heel release too. Wasn't fun - makes you want to go back to button or HK style...
