OK...here they are...first verse is repeated so I'll just put it down once.
*B flat B flat aug.5th Gm (with B flat bass) C * Repeat line*

B flat Dm E flat F (Bass follows as: F G A)

*B flat 7th E flat F7th B flat * Repeat line*

B flat7th A7th sust.4th D7th Gm

E flat (you can play this in the right hand with an inversion starting on G)
B flat (Also an inversion in the rt. hand starting on F) you can use D bass with this.

then go to Cm7th F7th

Finally back to B flat.
