Hi my name is David,
I also have a Facebook page look me up. Anyway, I'm 35 years old, and live in Erie Pennsylvania. My professional background includes, Paramedic, Firefighter, American Red Cross CPR training instructor, as well as American Red Cross advanced first aid instructor, And Emergency Cardiac Critical Care Professional.
In the early two thousands I had an accident, leaving me in a great amount of pain. I ended up having to give up my public safety career. When I was 16 years old I joined as a volunteer firefighter in a small town in Erie Pennsylvania. Learning and moving on from there I decided to take by emergency medical technician training. As the years went on, I ended up going from department to department in Erie County. I guess finding my comfort zone and feeling accepted. Being a big guy my whole life I won't say was easy and there's nothing worse than having people tell you that you cannot do something because you're overweight. So anyway after graduating high school, from Girard high school I worked at Wal-Mart for about four months and said to myself, holy shit I have to do something with my life. So loving the fire department and loving to help others I decided to BECOME A paramedic. I graduated in 2000 with a degree in emergency medicine, emergency cardiac care and Advanced life support. Loving my job and being married and even having a beautiful home and a dog. Well that all came to an end in 2003. I fell about 20-25 feet off of my ladder onto a fire truck leaving me bedridden for 20 months. Well without going into detail, lost my home, lost my job, lost my wife, hell even my dog died! So The years when on moving out of the town I was in. I moved back to the city where I grew up. After feeling up to it and able to struggle with the pain every day and living on hi doses of Morphine, I got a job at Port Erie plastics in Harborcreek. The only good thing about working there was a meeting my fiancée Jaimieleigh.
I worked at PEP for about 3 years and the took a offer from General Electric. So basically, I am back to doing something I love to do, yes it's work.
My main passion is Music. I enjoy playing piano and have done so my whole life. My influence back in the day and still is, is a song by Ryuichi Sakamoto From The Original Motion Picture "Merry Christmas Mr. Lawrence" by Ryuichi Sakamoto.
