Hey I respect 52 blocks. When I am training in boxing I take off the power and go 25% to 50% but keep the speed. A lot of boxing gyms never incorporate that and just want people banging heads. I learn better that way. Thanks for the vids man. Watchout for internet ninjas, lol, hahaha.

52 Blocks has it's origin in Afrikan martial arts(we call it wresting like the chinese call their's boxing). The shackles and constraints just makes our "wrestling" more economic, efficient and effective. Lyte do you know bout Afrikan martial arts(the oldest martial arts on the planet...since black people are the first people on the planet)? Are you planning to incorperate 52 kicks and weopons training? Self-knowledge goes hand in hand with self defence. Uhuru sasa!!!
