FMA in the MMA world... alot of the techniques and moves are illegal and lethal... i rather NOT SEE FMA IN A CAGE FIGHT... its going to take away its purity and its native aspect of it.. sport yeah okay cool but in real life u wouldnt be swinging that stick the way you do with gear on... so i say...

where do u guys train and whos your master? or what system are you training in?

keep your free hand a little bit up... if the guy is very fast he can whack you from the outside. but other than that its prett good start.. i actually like this style of dummy.. thinking of making my own
