I am a REALTOR® with Sun Realty on the Outer Banks of North Carolina. I live and service a unique and special part of the OBX called Carova. Here we have no paved roads, no commercialization, and no worries (usually). But we do have the sand, the surf, and a home to the Corolla Wild Horses that roam the more than 3,000 properties.
