Would anyone who sees this care to make a miserable non-native speaker a very very big favour?
I would die to take part of the recorded dialouges in "The Secret of Sherlock Holmes". I have trouble following the talk, and when I try I feel that I miss a lot of precious details. (That's to say; when I happen to not be completely lost. It's easier when I have a video to watch; facial expressions and hand gestures are as good as subtitles) English subtitles added to this piece of S.H/JB history would save me from my misery, and possibly some others in my situation.

Beautiful channel! /Agnes

My love of Holmes will forever be inextricably linked with Jeremy Brett. A brilliant actor and an inspiring human being. Thank you for your posts! I do hope you continue with the recordings of the play. ^__^

Wha a touching idea to honour this talented, wonderful man like this. I've discovered JB quite recently, despite having watched SH regularly with my dad when I was a child in the eighties. I would have loved to see the play The Secret of Sherlock Holmes... If only I was born 10 years earlier... O well, thanks to you we can all finally hear it! Thanks so much for all the effort!

PS: I have the entire 4-part series of Rebecca and -with the help of a more computer-literate fellow fan- I am going to upload it to the free torrent site The Box. I hope lots of fans will download and enjoy it!

thank you so much for the play excerpts. I recently found out he performed it in the town here I live but alas i was only a year old and am completly gutted that I can never see this brilliant play. If only I'd been born 20 years earlier! So your audio tracks are brilliant to me, i hope you post the rest soon. Ps love your backgroud!

Please oh please oh please post up more of that play! I can't find it anywhere else and I love it so! (and if there was a video of it I would glomp on that as well)

do you plan on uploading the rest of "The Secret Life of Sherlock Holmes"? I am loving it so far, and thank you so very much for it

Have come to realise just what a brilliant Shakespearean actor J.B. was. There was life before Sherlock Holmes! :)

Thank you, deeply and truly, for making these posts. I watched the Granada Sherlock Holmes productions practically every week when I was younger, and was shocked when I read of Brett's death. Taken too young.
