I have been so torn up... I had to take some antibiotics because of an infection in my lungs from some crazy flu bug....UUUURRGH so it dumped me off my fast... I tried to take the meds without food but I just couldnt do it...they made me sooooooooooo sick. So I started again today... Sunday the 19th of June I feel much better and I think this time I will be okay.... That said I now weigh about the same as the last check in at 198lbs... I got down to 190lbs but like i said I had to eat....and I ate bread cuz fruit was making me ill...lol Wish me luck....again
