The computer voice distracts from the video. I think the video is good, but with that voice, it's very hard to follow and understand. Maybe you don't like your own voice or you were just being creative, but I think your voice would improve the video substantially.

Surprising that yeast had been isolated and formed into cakes 300 years ago, but that's still not 2000 years ago. What happened 2000 years ago? Why not make a 6000 year old recipe from what wheat was first domesticated? Bread is much older than that... but not wheat bread, and not dry yeast.

You seem to miss a whole bunch of the process: like what comes between, "Just let it sit for 20 minutes," and "we're at it our last time." Way incomplete.

What a great Christmas song! I want it on CD or MP3 so I can play it every Christmas. So much fun, and the music and vocals are a joy to listen to (even without the silly lyrics). Bravo!
