It was a good launch but, he only had a 1.62 60 foot time. It looks a little quicker than that. The 6.5 @ 111 in the 1/8th mile was awesome.

In drag cars, autos have the advantage. They are far more consistent and you don't have the risk of missing shifts. In slower street cars, manuals sometimes have an advantage. Cars with man trans make more Hp. They also have closer gear ratios in the trans and the rear end in like cars.
