OPSESSION
As soon as he sees her, he knows that she is person he wants to sink his teeth into.
Biting is his habit. He forces himself to not think the word 'obsession'.
Instead, he prefers to say it is his... art.

He can tell she is the perfect type as well- a little innocent, a little sweet, but unafraid. Risky. he is sure she would taste delicious. He cannot wait until the skin of her neck is in his mouth, and he would be able to feel the pulsing life beneath his tongue. He resettles back into his chair. When she'd entered the room, he'd immediately sat up- that was how hard her perfection had struck him.

Suddenly looking at his binder, he shuts it and rearranges his pencils so they are perfectly aligned. Waiting, he listens for the professor to introduce her to the class, but to his vague surprise, he does not. He looks at her with disinterest- why show his intentions when she can figure them out for herself?

He watches as she quietly shuts the door behind her. When she glances up, their eyes catch, and he smiles lazily at her, only bothering to pull up one corner of his mouth. She takes it as a friendly gesture and stalks hesitantly across the room, not quite sure how to approach the boy stranger. He smiles wider, and his teeth glint, pearly white. Somehow, it is a dangerous smile- a daring one- but when she sits beside him, she does it gingerly, as not to scare him off. He almost laughs- as though something, anything could scare him off.

She looks at him, but his mind is already wandering and craftily planning as to how to imprint her in his life. He is glad she is not a mind reader like his twin brother. Coughing slightly, she pulls her things from her bag- though his binder is closed, his text book is open.

She leans over awkwardly to see the page number, but to no avail. She coughs again, and this time, he looks, knowing she wants his attention.

"What's the page number?"

He looks at her.

"What's your name?"

There is a pause, and a second before she begins to feel confused, her name falls out of her mouth stupidly.

"Laura." He turns the name over in his mind. It is just what he's expects. Not much can surprise him- at least, that's what he believes anyway. He rewards her with an answer.

"Page 397." His voice has a lilting quality to it, the voice of a Siren. She wants to run away suddenly. Her heart is pounding madly.

Instead, she pulls out her textbook and turns there, only to discover that they are doing a review. She's relieved- she missed nothing new. She can relax for this class. She crosses her legs, and when she does so, her knee bumps his. She blushes apologetically and looks at his face to excuse herself, but is surprised to meet his eyes- even though she expects to see him looking at her.

She did after all, just randomly knock his leg.

He's looking straight at her with an interesting look on his face- his lips are slightly twisted as though his mind is in mid thought. One eyebrow is tilted upwards slightly, like a question. His eyebrows hover over almond shaped eyes. His face is a Mona Lisa. She can't quite determine what his expression means, so she peers into his eyes to see what she can find there. They are, after all, windows to the soul, as the saying goes.

They are warm and honey colored, and they look at her coyly. She feels frozen, like a terrified rabbit in the eyes of a cobra. She wonders if rabbits feel like this too and if they choose not move- not because they are truly in a terror- but because they want to sit and be hypnotized by the warmth of their predator's eyes...

Her eyes burn, and she realizes that she has to blink.

When she does, it's like a spell is broken.

"...me.." she mumbles. He leans in towards her and smiles deliciously.

"Hm?" he says, "I didn't quite catch that." His warm breath floats toward her, and she wonders if the sweetness on the tip of his tongue is from the honey of his eyes.

"N-name. What's yours?" She notes he has an accent and drinks it in. It is lovely. With another one of his... interesting smiles, he opens his mouth and whispers it, right in her ear.

"Bill."
