Sorry but I don't get the semantic difference you are making here.
What is the value of feelings if hat you feel is not expressed in your acts or if your acts reflect something different from what you say you feel.
Feeling just like beliefs are as credible as the evidence that supports them, on their own they are meaningless to anyone ells but the person that feels them.
