  My dad had a 69 hemi roadrunner (426), bought it new in 69. I came along in 72 and he always says he had to choose between gas for the hemi or food for me, I'm still here, the hemi was sold. Don't know if I would've made the same choice lol.

Is the Storis back in Alaska? Sure hope so, broke my heart when I saw the pictures of the old girl in mothball storage. Served on board between 91-93. Was there when we hit the pier in I think St. Paul. Brings back some great memories. Would like to see pictures of the engine room.

They lost power and started drifting into shore. The ships bridge and superstructure is still sitting on the rocks as far as I know. I spent 2 years aboard the Storis after boot camp. I reported aboard about 1 year after this happened.
