Is this one of the first TECHO versions of a fine song ever offered? If so, how is it Bonnie/Steinman have never received the credit?

@Firemax1094 Sorry,Max ..... they ARE NOT the sultans. The Sultans are a fictitious band they have been singing about!!! Listen to the WORDS ... we are going back YEARS to where Knopfler would NEVER have claimed the title "sultan" for himself.

The jury is still out on who the other guitar player is. Al Kooper has been suggested and he has never denied it ! It sure doesn't sound like anything McCoy ever did before on a Dylan track. (BTW, beware the Musical Trivia question "Who played drums on Dylan's 'Desolation Row' ").

@BrokenneckYgor You are such a prat, for even suggesting such a LIE. May God forgive you for such an obvious attempt to blacken another man's name.
@michaelrosasmusic Yes, 'Bear indeed it is. In fact, on the album sleeve for the album on which Dylan includes " ....Dream", Dylan makes a point of giving credit to Carthy for showing the medium to which he could set "Bob Dylan's Dream".
