Petty Rampage Alex Grant? The fbi is involved and the lawsuit was never heard because of lack of service due to the fact Jon your lover would not answer the door when service was attempted. The lawsuit was not thrown out it was dismissed with out predjudice because of lack of service. Since it was dismissed without predjudice it can be re-filed and Marge is going to do that in 2012.
