Beat this guy without this strategy, every time he opens his cloak get 1-2 Blizzagas on him with Rydia, if he casts inferno, at least Cecil and Kain will survive cuz of the Ice Equipment, Raise Rydia again and wait for his cloak to open again, 3-4 Blizzagas will finish him off.
