My name is Zach Ruffo also known as the SpeedBagSkunk. I have been hitting the bag now for about 4 years and i have enjoyed every session i have done. I have been a few places spreading the word about speedBagging and hope to continue. I am would love to teach the world to be able to do what i do. I also Just opened up a Boxing/MMA gym here in lake city florida. I have been training MMA now for about 6 months, hope to get back in the ring/cage soon! Im not a selfish person at all.
