All right, John. I'm a good thirty years too late, but I'll bite.

What *was* going on backstage? What *was* that 'Paul and John' business?

Never cared for this song in its Spector incarnation. In fact, Let It Be is my least-favorite Beatles album, probably because of Spector's overzealous approach.

This version, however, is absolutely phenomenal.

Doesn't get much better than Paul singing 'Hey Jude' then throwing in a few bars of the 'St. Louis Blues' for good measure.

This sounds like it's the 1927 Paul Whiteman 'electrical' recording.

Love how John checks with Paul to make sure baby's happy as can be.

I can't prove it, but I swear John sings 'he's in love with me...' a few times.
