@QueensBrig When I first got my hair cut I showed my hair dresser a pic of Halle's cut. All the times I got it cut after, I just showed her where I wanted it lower or not. As for the heat applied to my hair, I do apply a lot of heat but that's the only way my hair will be tamed! I am constantly trying new products out. I try to dry my hair under the hair bonnet dryer to have less heat directly on it. If your hair is damaged you should try deep conditioners where you will have to you under the hair dryer then wash out. I can't think of any names off hand but if you visit your beauty supply store, just ask them for a good deep conditioner. :-)

I have lot of damage and I'm thinking about starting over and I LOVE your cut. What do I ask my hairdresser to do to get the same cut and I notice you use a lot of heat on your hair. Do you use (or have any suggestions about) any products to protect your hair from constantly using irons?

how do you ask for your cut every time i tell them short pixie it never turns out like yours. What number clippers do you use on the sides? and what do you ask for?

@mzstraatus2008 You may need to use products with volume and try blow drying your hair (w/your fingers if it is really short). Then add pomade to it to make it stand up. Finally, add some hairspray for a better hold. Let me know how that works out.
