are we all forgeting there is Kempo jujitsu the more common name for the style taught by the hand brothers in stoke in the 70's as BUSHI KEMPO was the name of the association that spread quite a way.

if he's like me, I start breathing heavy as i start then keep up a 2 hour lesson heavy breathing, the same way I breathed heavy and deep all the way around combat fitness when I was a squaddy. Its probably cos the lads a smoker.

I assume this is a Kempo Jujitsu club by the black pjs and moves being used? if so it is proper traditional japanese jujitsu! i am going back to bushi kempo soon after a long break and a play with karate, systema and judo. really good work boys and girls!
