Originally I developed the Warrior Pushup Ts for the serious martial arts student and Injury prevention was a big part of my goal. The Ts challenge your balance and grip while doing pushups in a very unique way, making pushups much more difficult. The results are stronger wrists, forearms, elbows, shoulders, chest and back. For the martial artist this can help prevent hand, wrist, fore arm, elbow and shoulder injuries when striking and improve form and power both in training and competition.

On a whim I sent a pair to my friend John Peterson, fitness and strength coach, author of several fitness books, and owner of Bronze Bow Publishing. John tried then and fell in love with them. John felt that just about anyone looking for a new challenge, interested in increasing their strength and performance would want to add the Ts to their personal fitness program. He was right since being on Johns site attention has skyrocket.

When doing pushups on the Ts the need for balance causes you to engage most of the major muscles in your body, making the Ts challenging and ideal for athletes and fitness enthusiasts of all disciplines. There are 6 basic grip positions and dozens of pushup variations and exercises like mountain climbers and grasshoppers that can be done on the Ts making the verity of exercises that can be done with the Ts almost endless.

Unlike devices that are designed to make pushups easier, the Warrior Ts make pushups much more difficult and many people will find that they cannot do even one push up on the initial attempt. Using The Ts as part of your training and conditioning program will help to develop increased grip and upper body strength, helping to prevent injuries to hands, wrists, elbows and shoulders when striking or performing other martial arts, athletic, sports, MMA, strength movements and techniques. When using them you will soon notice that because of the stability needed you actually get a great workout for your back, stomach, and legs as well.
