3J Rail, (John, Jay, & Jared's Railroad), is our N Scale Modular Layout. Displaying at 4-6 Train Shows, in the Northeast, USA, Featuring, a Single Track Line, with Passing Sidings, and the Chubb River Gorge Hydro-Electric Project, Modeling Real Water, Flowing over Dam, and Falls. 3J Rail, is a Ficticious Branchline of the Delaware & Hudson Railroad. Starting at Rockland Yard, near Keeseville, NY, the Line Traverses along the Au Sable River, through the Towns of, Clintonville, (Iron Ore from the Palmer Hill Mines), AuSable Forks, ( JJ Rogers Company, Pulp & Paper Mills), Jay, (Adirondack Granite Quarries), Upper Jay,(Wells & Wales Lumber Company),starts up a Gruelling 2.5% Grade, into Wilmington, (Passenger Service, for Resort Hotels,& Whiteface Mtn. Ski Center),continues up onto Rugged Cliffs, and through Tunnels, on side of Whiteface Mountain, crossing the Chubb River, to Lake Placid, ( A Destination Resort for the Winter Olympics), and Interchanges, with the New York Central.
