Wow! I just watched this whole series. I am used to more show biz with this group: clothes, Elana's rolling eyes, etc. But it is refreshing to just be able to concentrate of the music. I have seen very few groups where all the members are such top flight instrumentalists.

Take another look. Ian appears to be in his 50s and Sylvia in her mid to late 40s. I would say this is from the 1980s. Also, Martin wasn't making that guitar in 1964.

Great! This is a very popular song from the Mexican Revolution that was renamed when it was copied in Texas. The original name is Jesusita en Chihuahua and you can hear many mariachi versions by searching under that name.

I was wondering who the femaie fiddler was next to Jason Roberts. Then about 2:53 I saw her bopping about and her head nodding in time and I'm pretty sure it's Ruby Jane Smith. I can't see her face, but the dancing, bopping and head nodding sure looks like her.
