youtube is being stupid and deleted my "how to make black powder video" and may delete more videos so if anyone knows how to get the video back up please tell me how

potassium nitrate(Kn03)-Spectricide stump remover

Charcoal/carbon(C)-made at home look in Alex's videos for a tutorial

Sulfur (S)-look at garden shops for garden sulfur Alex got a 5lbs. bag for $7.00

Glycerin (?)-sold as glycerin in the cooking isle of a store it's used in making cakes

potassium chlorate(KCLO3)-can be made at home by from salt and an electrolysis cell or can be bought at some garden stores as weed killer although it is usually very unpure

Potassium Permaganate(KMNO4)-used as a disinfectant "Conney's Crystals" or in pet stores for cleaning fish tanks.

aluminum powder(AL)-sold in paint stores as a paint colorant or can be made by ball milling aluminum shavings. You must open up the mill every day to allow the aluminum to build up an oxide layer

iron oxide(?)-can be made at home by electrolysis. Attach iron to the anode (+wire ) the cathode can be anything as long as it won't erode, run electricity. Use baking soda and water as the electrolytic liquid and the anode may need to have the rust scraped off every hour or so

copper oxide(?)- same as making iron oxide but replace iron with copper

magnesium(mg)-can be bought as magnesium magnesium fire starters (flint sticks) it must be sanded off, or it can be sold as magnesium blocks as a sacrificial anode for the hull of boats.

magnelium(mg/al)-made by melting aluminum then quickly stirring some magnesium be prepared for it to catch fire if so than just run away and allow it to burn out, then powder it it crushes like glass : ) this can be dangerous so be sure to read a thorough guide about it some people use certain gases to help stop the mg from igniting when mixing, CO2 doesn't work.

Polyvinylchloride (PVC)- can be sanded off of PVC pipes it's un-pure but will work in cheap stars

potassium perchlorate(KCLO4)-can be made by melting potassium chlorate in a toaster oven until it's melted and eventually it will harden again(keep a constant temp.) then powder and wash your perchlorate in ice cold water to remove any potassium chloride this works great because potassium perchlorate doesn't easily disolve uin water, but there is still some potassium perchlorate in the mix(this can be dangerous) so you will destroy the potassium chlorate with hydrochloric acid to do this dissolve potassium perchlorate in 1 about liter of water and 3 caps of hydrochloric acid and boil this liquid for about 15 minutes, but now it's highly acidic so you need to add about a tablespoon of lye(sodium hydroxide) to bring it back to near normal now just dry it in a glass bowl and powder it
