I don't know what state you live in but what you described is an old stereotype in the New york area about Russian women in fur coats using food stamps. You can't assume anything by the way people are dressed. Some of the richest people you will ever meet dress like bumbs on purpose.

@NiceAndSmooth247 The original video games systems as well as the commodore 64 were better than the games now. TV existed since at least the early 50s or a little before then. Cellphones in my opinion create a disconnect where people don't talk to each other as much in person.
