Hey! Sorry for my delayed response! Have you already found some coconut oil? If not, you can get it at pretty much any health food store and at a lot of the better grocery stores will have it too. Make sure you get the Organic Extra Virgin Cold or Expeller Pressed Coconut Oil. The refined Oil does not have the same properties and will not produce the same results. A dead give away of the quality of your oil will be the price. If you only pay $6 for it, it's refined. A jar of the good stuff will cost you anywhere from $20-$25 for about 29 oz or 823 grams Also when you open the jar at home, the good stuff will smell like a fresh coconut ;) Hope this helps!!
