@ElAntrax1990 I didn't have to drill any holes for this project. I used a box cutter to cut open the bumper for the LEDs. the holes for the headlight washers came with the bumper.

@idkwutiam they are made by vip300c.com although if you want to do them right, you can have them welded on. Get a body shop to cut sheet metal and make them. it will look a lot better.
