I practice a blend of judo of Kyuzo Mifune concepts, aikido of Koichi Tohei concepts, kempo of Walter Godin/William Chow concepts, chuan fa kung fu kajukenbo of Al Dela Cruz concepts, escrima of Godin/Dela Cruz/Bert Labitan concepts, wrestling of Crew/collegiate concepts, and boxing of Crew concepts. I began study in 1979 under the founder of the system. I enjoy all systems and believe they all have value in their own areas. I love laughing, internet gaming, and I am a proud American.
