I started this channel last year when I would never have dreamt that I would write my own songs and post them. I simply created it to comment on other people's songs. Mmmm ... wish now that I'd put a bit more effort into my username but not much I can do about it now :)

I wouldn't call myself a musician just yet, but I am a fledgling songwriter and having a lot of fun with it. I'm stuck in the suburbs with no musical outlet so I figured if youtube is the agoraphobic's open mic night I may as well avail myself of it.

I hope you find a song here that speaks to you. At the very least you can play a game of 'spot that reference' as I like to pay homage to artists that have influenced me by occasionally reworking one of their lines or alluding to one of their visual images :)
