Out of all the money he has in the world he could easily invest it in building shelters, repairing homes and building clean water pumps for poorer communities but NOOO..he came out with a population reduction program stating: "if we do a really good job vaccinating people, we could lower population by 15%." With all the money in the world and considering how much the western world has exploited the resources of the third world the least he could do is send them money to feed themselves geeezz...
